The last time I posted here was 2016. There certainly has been a lot of water under the metaphorical bridge. I had left the purpose of the Christian Monist site to start posting about fiction writing. Then, I became quite ill and was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. I turned my writing blog over to one abut my battle with cancer at the site, “jmichaeljoneswriter.com.”

Eventuallly I began to write as I had here, about rational Christianity and the problem with the influence over the centuries of Platonic Dualism, and then post modernism over the past 75 years. It was difficult beause of the 500 dear people who came there to hear about my battle with cancer, were suddenly exposed to my ideas about rational Christianity. This did not sit well among those who were accustom to a dualistic perspective. As before, it wasn’t long before I started to recieve hate mail, or at least “Mike you are not a real believer” type of mail and three personal ambushes. Those were painful. I gave up writing there, but did continue with a Vlog, directed at those who were disillusioned with Christianity.

I have missed writing. Recentlly I was looking for subscriptions that I needed to end to save money and discovered that this blog site was still active. Rather than sending this to the great dustbin, I’ve decided to resurrect as a realatively safe place where I can put out my ideas. Again, my writing is directed at those who have become disillusioned with traditional dualistic or “new age” post modern Christianity.
